1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
  • You have purchased a course or service directly from duMonde Training website.
  • Your refund request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • You have not completed or accessed more than 10% of the course material.
  • The request is not related to a violation of our terms of service.

2. Non-eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
  • If you have completed or accessed more than 10% of the course material.
  • If the refund request is made after the specified refund period.
  • If the request is based on dissatisfaction with the course content but does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms of service.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your duMonde Training account
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Course Cancellations by duMonde Training

In the unlikely event that duMonde Training cancels a course or service for which you have made a purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

duMonde Training reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
